About

Digilo is a Latvian crowdfunding platform operated by CSP Growth Solutions SIA, authorised as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider by Latvijas Banka since September 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.

That authorisation is the most important fact about the company, and it is worth explaining why. The ECSP regime became mandatory for European crowdfunding platforms in November 2023, imposing capital requirements, investor protection obligations, disclosure standards and ongoing supervision. Several platforms that had raised money from European retail investors for years never obtained it, and their subsequent difficulties are well documented in this directory. A platform that holds a current ECSP licence from a national central bank has cleared a bar that a meaningful part of this category did not.

What the licence does not tell you is whether a platform has a track record, and Digilo does not yet have one. As of its own figures in late 2026, it had funded four projects, raised a total of €82,945, and returned €714 in interest to 207 registered investors. The company reports a default rate and a late loan rate of zero. Both figures are accurate and neither is informative: a portfolio of four loans, none of which has run to maturity, cannot yet have defaulted. The same applies to the stated average annual return, which describes the rates offered rather than outcomes realised. These are not misleading figures so much as premature ones, and any investor assessing the platform should read them as a description of intent rather than performance.

The honest position, then, is that Digilo is a properly authorised, fully transparent, very early-stage platform. The regulatory standing is real and meaningful. The operating history is measured in months and single-digit project counts, and the risk profile of a crowdfunding platform is determined by how its loan book performs through a full cycle — including a downturn — which no platform authorised in 2025 has experienced. Investors comparing it with established Baltic platforms should weigh licence quality and disclosure, where Digilo does well, against demonstrated recovery capability, where it has nothing yet to show.
